Thrift Shops

I am in favor of reusing things and of course things that are old and have character are just the best! I love things that are time worn, may tell a story and still have so much to give.
We have a little thrift store here in Antioch (On I street) called "Nifty Thrifty" and it's crowded, but I always find something good there. It's my favorite place to find baskets, we went yesterday and I found just the right one!
The thing I love about this shop too, is that the money made, goes to support adults with disabilities. It's always a very friendly place and you just can't go wrong. Do you have a little gem like that in your area?
