The following has been hanging on the Stuio fridge for years, I love to read it now and then to keep the momentum going:

You can't win if you're wishing that things would get better.
Success if the by-product of work, commitment, passion, tenacity and endurance.
You can choose today to complain how unfair life is or you can decide to get up and make your mark.
You can decide to run with the big dogs or stay on the porch and bark!
