Another thing we talked about at the Conference is outsourcing. Nothing wrong with having someone else do something you either arent great at or don't want to do, or have the time to do. Some of the creative professionals are in a field where they use agents to help them with getting fees on projects. The agents have expertise in these fields and it frees up the creative professional to do what they are good at - creating!
Sometimes its a case where the mundane stuff is taking up a lot of time and can be delegated to others, to again, leave the creative professional time to do the most vital part of the process - creating!
So the point is to give some thought to where you can share the workload to give yourself more time to do the thing you love to do - create!
